Tim Ungar

Chairman

Tim has extensive experience in senior executive roles in telecommunications and technology industries in the areas of infrastructure, manufacturing, marketing and operations. He is currently Chairman of TSA Telco Group, a national sales and marketing company which is headquartered in Western Australia. He is also a director of the Western Australian Community Foundation, a Governor of the WA Museum Foundation, a member of the WA Olympic Business Committee and Chairman of the Western Australian Museum.

Andrew Edwards

Non-Executive Director

Andrew is a former managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Perth office (PWC). His career with PWC spanned some 35 years including 24 years as a partner. His leadership roles within the firm included five years as managing partner of the Perth practice, membership of the firm's governing board and leader of the Perth advisory business. Andrew is a past national vice president of the (then) Securities Institute of Australia (now the Financial Services Institute of Australasia), past president of the Western Australian division of that Institute and a past state councillor of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Andrew is a board member of Mermaid Marine Australia Limited, Nido Petroleum Limited, Activ Foundation Inc and Western Australian Community Foundation Inc.

 

Karen Field BEc MAICD

Non-Executive Director

Karen has spent over three decades in the minerals industry. She has held operational and executive management roles throughout Australia and in South America and has a strong background in strategic planning, project management and human resources.

Karen is currently Non-executive Director of the Water Corporation, Sipa Resources Limited, Amana Living Inc and Maca Limited. She has previously held directorships on the boards of Perilya Limited, Electricity Networks Corporation and the Cooperative Research Centre for Sustainable Resource Processing.

Patron of University of Western Australia and Committee Member of UWA’s Centenary Trust for Women.

Phil Livingston

Executive Director

With an MSc in Renewable Energy from Murdoch University in Western Australia and a BA in Environmental Policy from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida, Phil has nine years experience in the renewable energy industry and has worked in business, not for profit and research positions in Australia and internationally. Phil is an advisory board member for Solar Energy International and has previously held sub-committee positions on the California Solar Energy Industry Association.
