Every Sungrid solar module is underpinned by industry leading warranties for performance, quality and power output:
- ‘Performance warranty’ of 90% power output after 12 years and 85% power output after 25 years (exceeding the industry standard of 90% after ten years and 80% after 25 years).
- Ten year ‘parts and workmanship product warranty’ (compared to the average industry standard of five years).
- ‘Power tolerance of +5%’ whereby all Sungrid modules meet or exceed their rated power by up to 5% (compared to average industry standards of ± 3-5%).
Sungrid has developed a rigorous quality assurance system for all its manufacturing facilities, supported by regular independent assessments and inspections. These manufacturing facilities are certified to ISO9001:2000.
The performance of Sungrid’s products is independently verified by Murdoch University, Western Australia.
